1. Scope and information before payment

This policy applies to online learning content, exam tickets, time-limited learning access, and PDF or e-book products sold directly by Korean Madang. Before payment, each product page and checkout will state the product, price and currency, included content, access period, supply or access start time, file-delivery time, and cancellation and refund terms. A recurring product will be offered only after its billing cycle and cancellation process are disclosed and required consent is obtained.

2. Statutory withdrawal

Where withdrawal is permitted by law, a consumer may withdraw within seven days after receiving the contract terms. If supply occurs later, the period runs from receipt or the start of supply. If the goods or service differ from the description or contract, withdrawal may be made within three months after supply or within 30 days after the consumer learned, or could have learned, of the discrepancy, as provided by law.

We do not reject a refund merely because content is digital. A restriction after digital content supply begins applies only if statutory requirements are met, including clear notice before payment and a compliant trial measure such as a preview, limited-time access or partial-feature trial. Undelivered portions of installment products are considered separately. Without required notice or evidence of supply, we will not rely on a restriction to limit consumer rights.

3. Product refund principles

• Before supply: A request before access activation, file delivery or lesson start is generally refunded in full, subject to statutory rights.
• Time-limited access: The unused portion is assessed using the period disclosed before purchase and actual supply records. A deduction for a supplied portion is made only when allowed by law and supported by records.
• Exam ticket: Before supply begins, refund is handled under statutory rights. After supply begins, we check actual supply, advance notice and any required trial measure. A “Start” button record alone does not automatically prove supply or justify rejecting a refund.
• PDF or e-book: Pre-delivery withdrawal follows statutory rights. A post-delivery restriction for change of mind applies only if legal notice and trial-use requirements were met. A damaged, unreadable or materially misdescribed file will be replaced or refunded.
• Bundles and tutoring: Component prices or a reasonable allocation method, supply times, cancellation windows and unused-session calculations must be disclosed before sale. No previously undisclosed deduction rate or cancellation charge will be added later.
• Merchant fault or duplicate charge: For content errors, access failure, incorrect supply, non-supply attributable to the merchant or duplicate charges, we will restore access or refund the affected amount. Merchant-caused costs are not charged to the customer.

We do not charge a penalty or damages for statutory withdrawal. A deduction for a used portion is made only after actual supply and a lawful calculation basis are verified and explained. Toss Payments, PayPal or card processing fees are not deducted from customer refunds.

4. Requests and processing

After sales begin, email jbmoon650512@gmail.com with the order number, payment email, product name and request. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVCs or one-time verification codes.

Statutory refunds are issued within three business days from the legally specified starting date, and card or other payment cancellation is requested without delay. Refunds normally use the original payment method. The time before the amount appears on a card, PayPal or bank statement depends on the payment provider. After a refund, access and download permissions for that order may be withdrawn.
